It is cozy, comfortable, familiar, safe. It is where your cats want to be and with us, you can rest easy knowing that, whether you are leaving for a day or a month, we will be there on time, every time, providing your cats with the professional care you expect and they deserve.
$30.00 per visit
Each visit lasts 45 minutes
As experienced cat caregiver, we believe that 45 minutes is the optimal length for a wellness visit. It gives us the time we need to give your cats and your home the perfect care, without rushing to get everything done perfectly.
In order to provide your cats with the best care during your absence, we suggest 2 visits / day

We know how important it is to be fully transparent with our prices
All payments are due in full by the first day of services and we are required by New York State to collect Sales Tax. We will always let you know in advance the total amount due before starting services. We send invoices early on, so you have time to prepare payment.
At NYC Cat Care Specialists, we keep it simple and easy for you to understand how much our services cost. There is no extra charge for:
- Weekend visits
- Holiday visits
- Medicine administration to be given during a Wellness Visit
- Multi-cat household
- Holding the keys on file for your convenience and for any emergency situation
- Last minute requests
VISITING TIME FRAME
AM visiting time: anytime after 6 AM and before 12 PM - We try to do all AM visits before 10 AM, but cannot guarantee on busy days.
PM visiting time: anytime after 3 PM and before 9 PM - We try to do all PM visits after 5 PM, but cannot guarantee on busy days.
We leave a minimum of 8 hours between the AM visit and the PM visit and we will be there every 12 hours if your cats need twice-daily medications and / or subcutaneous injections.
If you wish to book 1 visit per day, we will visit your cats between 10:30AM and 4:30PM.
We do not offer every other day visits
We are big cat lovers and advocates, so please ask us why.

We take your cats dietary needs seriously. We will feed your cats the correct amount of food and brands, in the places they are used to eat.

We will clean and refill the water bowls so your cats will have access to fresh, cool water at all times!

We will scoop the litter boxes meticulously.
We never charge extra for a Full Scrub (empty/clean/refill). Your cats deserve a high level of litter box maintenance during your absence.

We will administer medication(s) and keep tabs on your cats condition. It is included with your Wellness Visit fee.

We LOVE giving cats enrichment!
We play, brush, pet, cuddle, talk (and sometimes sing!). This purring time of ample attention and love is THE BEST part of any cat's day.

Everybody has accident! We come fully equipped and do a quick walk-through to make sure everything is looking clean and safe.

We will water the plants, get your mail/packages and take out the trash. It is included with our Wellness Visit.
'Lived-in' look

Blinds / Curtains / Lights adjustment, if requested, so your home will keep a 'lived-in' look while you are away. We will follow your instructions.

After each visit, we send a detailed visit report with written updates and photos / videos of your fur babies. We will stay connected so you do not have to worry, EVER!
No one will come to YOUR place without previous authorization
We know you trust your Cat Care Specialist! We will be the only one during visits, and the only person having access to YOUR home during your absence.
All payments are due in full by the first day of services
All prices are subject to 8.875% New York Sales Tax
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you delay your departure or return earlier than expected from a trip, please note that no refund will be issued for the unused visits from your original requested dates.
Credits toward your next services might be given on a case by case basis.
If you cancel services less than 48 hours before the first day of service, you will be charged full price.

Any services booked can be cancelled at no charge if done with more than 48 hours notice.
